Our Services. 909MobileBarber delivers Beard Trimming, Mobile Haircut Service, Men's Haircut, Kids Haircut, Hot Towel Shave. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 909MobileBarber makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of 909MobileBarber arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify 909MobileBarber against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Term Changes. 909MobileBarber may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
